OBSERV 520x Workshop: Managers and Admins
Module
The ability to effectively analyse the client’s skin has always been pivotal to the success of any treatment and homecare prescription. This interactive online workshop has been designed to help clinic owners, managers and practitioners maximise the full potential of their OBSERV 520x device.
Throughout this workshop, you will be guided through the essential set-up and operational steps required to successfully integrate the OBSERV 520x into your clinic environment. Chapter 1 focuses heavily on device and business set-up, including iPad compatibility, OBSERV App configuration, Sylton Connect cloud storage, consultation area preparation, user management, catalogue customisation, client workflow integration and report personalisation.
You will also gain an in-depth understanding of each illumination mode, how the technology works and how these modes can help reveal underlying skin conditions not always visible to the naked eye. The workshop further explores consultation workflows, image capture techniques, before-and-after comparison features and strategies to help strengthen client education, treatment recommendations and retail conversations.
The course also includes demonstration videos, downloadable scripts, practical resources and quick-reference guides to help support implementation within a real clinical environment.

Here is the module outline:
1. Setting Up Your OBSERV® 520x + A Basic Introduction To Taking Images

Optional but highly recommended for admins.ALL STUDENTS SHOULD DO SECTION 8-10. This first chapter is designed to help you get to know your way around OBSERV® 520x, including your device set-up & how to customise certain App features such as: - Sylton Cloud Storage - Catalogue Manager customisation & sharing - Customisation of your company logo - Add and manage the App 'User Profiles' & much more. - An introduction to taking images You will also need a model so that you can put what you have learnt in to practice by taking you first set of images. 1 section

2. Understanding the 10 OBSERV® 520x Imaging Modes
1 hr, 15 min
In this chapter, we are going to do a deep dive into each imaging mode, exploring how each mode works to reveal more about the various skin conditions and the overall health of the skin. We will also give you tips on effectively communicating with your client while reviewing each mode during the 'Appearance' or 'Aesthetic Skin Analysis'. 5 sections

3. Effectively using all the features your OBSERV® 520x App during your skin analysis
