LUX4D® Online Learning Journey
Module
The LUX LUX4D® Learning Journey is a comprehensive, self paced blended learning programme designed to prepare clinicians for advanced multi modality skin treatments using the LUX4D® platform.
Your learning journey begins with a strong theoretical foundation delivered through a series of interactive online modules, supported by step by step treatment videos that prepare you for your face to face practical workshop.
Throughout the online learning experience, students will explore the core technologies that underpin the LUX 4D treatment approach, including LED photobiomodulation, radiofrequency, hydrodermabrasion, microdermabrasion, and sonophoresis. Each module builds a clear understanding of how these technologies function individually and how they can be strategically combined to support skin health, rejuvenation, and enhanced treatment outcomes.
Students will also develop a deeper understanding of our clinical grade LUXCeuticals® treatment products, formulated with clinically proven dosages of key active ingredients and specifically designed to potentiate the performance of these paramedical skincare treatments. Integrating these formulations into treatment protocols helps maximise both immediate and long term clinical results.
The programme includes a wide range of interactive learning activities, downloadable digital resources for ongoing clinical reference, and knowledge checks throughout the modules to reinforce learning and support knowledge retention.
To complete the online learning journey, students must successfully pass the final examination with a score of 90% or higher, demonstrating a strong theoretical understanding of the technologies, treatment principles, and product integration covered in the programme.
Once this requirement has been achieved, students become eligible to attend their face to face practical training, where they will work alongside one of our experienced dermal educators to translate their knowledge into safe, confident, and effective clinical practice.

Chapter 1: The Science Behind LUX4D™ LED therapy

Chapter 2: The Science Behind LUX4D™ RF Skin Tightening

This chapter explores the scientific principles behind Radiofrequency (RF) technology and how it interacts with biological tissue to produce skin tightening effects. You will learn how RF energy is delivered into the skin, how tissue resistance converts this energy into heat, and how controlled dermal heating stimulates collagen contraction and remodelling. Understanding these mechanisms provides the foundation for safely and effectively performing RF skin tightening treatments using the LUX4D™ system. 3 sections

Chapter 3 : The Science Behind Wet & Dry Microdermabrasion
